Robin is a hands-on attorney well versed in all aspects of real estate settlement services. She prides herself on her ability to give clients personal service. Robin has managed branches of large title companies as well as run her own law practice and title company for many years.

Clients are more than just a file to Robin. She performs each closing individually and is available to her clients throughout the entire settlement process. Robin has performed thousands of closings: residential, small commercial, buyer side and seller side, estate sales, and trust clients. She has seen and done it all.​

Robin recently received the great honor of being sworn in to the Supreme Court of the United States of America! In addition to her practice, Robin has written articles and lectured to many professional groups and taught countless continuing education classes. She loves to share her experiences, work out solutions, and even tell a good story.

Ann has served in the real estate, title and closing industry since the early 2000’s. She is a licensed Title agent in Virginia, and has closed countless transactions dating back to 2014. She processes, as well as solves all title complications. She ensures the efficient closing of every file at each point during the settlement process, all the way through post-closing.

With an extensive background in hospitality, Dana Andreatos joined Mathis Law in 2020. She hit the ground running as the firm’s Processor and was eager to become licensed in order to have a hands-on role in advising and supporting clients. She received her Virginia state title insurance license in 2021 and has enjoyed helping her clients choose policies that best fit their needs ever since. In Dana’s free time you can catch her volunteering with her favorite local dog rescue or working on arts and crafts projects!
